Yoga, Mindfulness, & Movement
for Middle Schoolers
Join me for an enriching and engaging experience. Your teen or tween will explore their inner world through Yoga, Mindfulness, and Movement, nurturing both their body and mind.
This 6-week series of classes will provide your child with essential tools for self-discovery, and enhance their physical and emotional well-being while fostering self-worth and self-love. Students will also learn healthy stress and anxiety coping strategies in a fun and interactive way. Along the journey, we’ll strengthen their connection to themselves and others, fostering trust and cooperation. And, of course, what every tween and teen needs – moments of rest and relaxation, providing the essential pause in their busy lives.
These skills extend beyond the yoga mat; they’re for life, creating a brighter, more resilient future. Empower your tween or teen with the tools they need to thrive in everyday life in a non-competitive environment!
