The Resilient Athlete Masterclass
A 4-Week Mind-Body Coaching Series for Youth & Elite Athletes
Does your athlete struggle to stay focused, bounce back from setbacks, or perform under pressure? As a mind-body performance coach, I help young athletes unlock the power of their mental game, find their flow, and cultivate self-mastery. Through weekly yoga, mindfulness, and recovery practices, they’ll learn & develop unshakable confidence, heightened focus, emotional resilience, and physical strength for peak performance and overall well-being—on and off the field.
Weekly Themes:

Week 1: Resilience in Action – Cultivate emotional strength and learn to bounce back from challenges.

Week 2: Master Your Mindset – Build focus, confidence, and a growth-oriented mental framework.

Week 3: The Recovery Edge: Strengthening Body and Mind – Learn to prevent injuries, promote recovery, and sustain long-term performance.

Week 4: Align and Thrive: Integrating Mind-Body Practices – Combine all the tools learned to create a personalized pre- and post-game practice for sustainable success and well-being.
